JA Solar has appointed Min Cao as the successor to Anthea Chung as the Chinese module manufacturer’s chief financial officer.
Cao has been involved in the solar industry since 2006 and has held senior managerial roles at Jinglong Group, JL Capital and Solarfun during this time. Prior to this he worked for over a decade in the financial services sector.
Chung will remain at JA Solar until August 19 to help ease Cao into his new role before leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. "Anthea has played a key role in establishing JA Solar as one of the clear leaders in the solar industry," JA Solar CEO Peng Fang said. "I'd like to express our sincere thanks for her contribution, and wish her every success in her future endeavors."
