The Germany-based operations of Scheuten Solar have been appointed a provisional administrator, dnp Depping, as part of the first step in bankruptcy proceedings due to the financial problems of the holding company. Company arms under administration will include Scheuten Production Facilities GmbH, Scheuten Solar Cells GmbH and Scheuten Solar Technology GmbH.

　　The administrator said that it would be coordinating the potential prospects for reorganization of the German subsidiaries with the Dutch parent group.
