Agile Energy announced the appointment of three new vice presidents: Eric Lundberg as VP of finance, Curt Hildebrand as VP of development and Todd Bartholf as VP of engineering. The company stated that between the three new executive leads lies 65 years of power utility and renewable experience.

As VP of finance, Lundberg will bring his 15 years of accounting and finance experience, 10 of which were served in the utilities and renewable energy industries, to oversee the company’s finance activities. Lundberg has been involved in power development in the US and international locations with companies such as Deloitte, the AES Corporation, PacifiCorp and Ausra.

Hildebrand will lead the project development team as VP of development. He has over 25 years of experience in the independent power and renewable industries and has held various management roles in project development, power sales and marketing, project finance, government and regulatory affairs and business development. Hildebrand has worked with Calpine, GreenWing Energy, Magma Power and Unocal Geothermal.

Bartholf brings 30 years of experience in international energy activities to his role as VP of engineering. His experience has primarily focused in the solar, wind and renewable strategic planning, business development and utility-scale project design and development arenas. He comes to Agile Energy after working with CH2M HILL, Bechtel, Winrock International and Northern Power Systems.
