SunPower and Dow Jones & Co. have completed a 4.1MW solar power plant on the 200-acre Dow Jones campus in South Brunswick, New Jersey. At its peak production, the solar plant will supply half the power Dow Jones needs to support its largest campus.
The 4.1MW plant has over 230,000 square feet of PV modules, including carport installations. When the project was initially announced, the companies advised that over 13,000 solar panels would be used in the installation. According to iStockAnalyst, SunPower was set to use its T5 solar roof tile for the project.
